Terms of Use and Community Rules
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of Sabr. The Community Rules also apply when you search for friends, send invites, or share content with other people.
1. Acceptance and Age
By using Sabr, you agree to these terms. Sabr is primarily intended for adults. Minors may use Sabr only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by local law.
2. Account and Security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected misuse. You may not use an account to impersonate another person, bypass safeguards, or deceive others.
3. Community Features
Sabr supports friend requests, invites, and sharing learning decks. Before using these features, you must accept the Community Rules shown in the app. You are responsible for content you create or share and may share only content you have the right to use.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Prohibited content and conduct include illegal material, harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, sexual or exploitative material, glorification of violence, dangerous instructions, spam, fraud, impersonation, misleading information, malware, and infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Religious content may not be used to demean or intimidate people or include fabricated source attribution.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
You can report and block users directly in Sabr. Blocking removes existing community connections and shares. Reports are reviewed confidentially. We may withhold or remove content, revoke shares, restrict features, suspend or delete accounts, and contact relevant authorities where there is an urgent safety risk or legal obligation. Knowingly abusive reports are themselves a violation.
6. Learning and Religious Content
Sabr is a learning and productivity service and is not a substitute for religious, medical, legal, or other professional advice. We do not pre-verify every statement in user-generated decks. Check important sources independently and report inaccurate or abusive material.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Sabr reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued for security, legal, platform, or product reasons. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on this page.
8. Termination and Contact
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations. Questions, complaints, and reports can be sent to admin@ordernova.de.
